RT Organics didn't start in a lab or a boardroom. It started with a conversation, an honest one, between two people who believed that natural care should be something everyone has access to, not just a luxury for a few.

That conversation happened at Chatterbox and was shared with my fiancé, who has been the quiet backbone of this brand since before it even had a name. Life took us in different directions; He moved to Malaysia, and I continued my studies in Pakistan – but the vision we talked about that day never left. Through every late-night call across time zones, through every moment of doubt, he was there. His belief in RT Organics never faltered, and neither did mine.

The spark became a flame in Sir Waqar Yousafi's entrepreneurship class at IOBM. His lectures had a way of cutting through hesitation and making the path forward feel clear. He taught us that a good idea, sitting still, is just a missed opportunity. That stayed with me. It still does.

I developed the first products and put them in the hands of the people whose opinions mattered most to me – my friends and my family. These were not people who would tell me what I wanted to hear. They would tell me the truth. And the truth was that they loved the products. They didn't just try them once; they kept coming back, asking for more, telling others. My family, who have always been my most honest critics, became my most loyal customers.

That response gave me the courage to take the biggest step. I left my job and committed to RT Organics fully because when the people closest to you believe in what you're building, you owe it to yourself and to them to see it through.
